Overview
In 1999, father Dr. Johnny Dillard and son Scott Dillard began with a single goal: Create a strong, vibrant business that employs veterans and disabled veterans. Their new company - called Central Research - started building a core expertise of finding and applying the information that is a person's identity. Our service brings a wide variety of customers - collection agencies, government agencies, and individuals in need of a judgment recovery, to name a few - who are joined by a common need: to know more about someone, to document that knowledge, and to make that knowledge actionable.
In 2008, Central Research began working with HMS Technologies, Inc. on the Individual Deceased Personnel File program. Central Research provides staff to support document scanning and indexing so that Freedom of Information Act requests can be completed in a matter of minutes instead of months.
