CRI Announces a Leadership Change

May 17, 2018

LOWELL, AR. – Central Research, Inc., has lost its highly valued Chief Executive Officer, Johnny Dillard.

Scott Dillard commented, “I am deeply saddened to report that my father is no longer with us, but knowing his hopes for the company, I am committed to carrying on his legacy of Veteran support and the founding values and service commitments he brought to CRI.”

Scott co-founded CRI with his father, Johnny Dillard, PhD, who served as a Marine Corps Officer, Vietnam Veteran, Army National Guard Lieutenant Colonel, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development staff member before founding CRI.

Together, they worked to build CRI into a strong, vibrant business dedicated to providing employment opportunities to help support Veterans. Many of our employees are Veterans, disabled Veterans, or spouses of Veterans.

Proudly, CRI achieved both the Small Business Administration 8(a) certification and the Center for Veterans Enterprise Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business certification under Johnny’s leadership.

CRI has continued to grow from our small business roots and is currently a large business enterprise headquartered in Lowell, AR. Scott’s leadership, experience, and capabilities will guide our company forward to new, exciting opportunities as we look to expand our service and solution offerings.

As President & CEO of CRI, Scott will continue to direct company growth and new business development in the federal, state, and commercial sectors as well as the operational performance of all business areas. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Arkansas Tech University and an MBA from Webster University.
